1929 Jno. Hy. Andrew and Co was reconstituted as Andrews Toledo Ltd of the same address, which acquired the business and the assets as a going concern; the company would modernize various departments of the Toledo Steel Works.[1]

By 1945 was associated with Darwins Ltd (see advert)

1954 Part of the Darwins Group

By 1966 was a subsidiary of Balfour and Darwins[2]
