1863 The senior partner, William Baldwin, died; Baldwin Brothers described as of Stourport[1].

1870 William's half brother Alfred Baldwin bought out his brothers, George and Stanley, to take sole control of the business E. P. and W. Baldwin[2] and presumably the other businesses, such as Baldwin Brothers.

1871 Worsted spinners, Pale Meadow Mill, Bridgnorth[3]. No directory entry found for the company after this date.
