1897 Company incorporated[1]

1933 The Booth's Distillery Ltd had been renamed as Booth's Distilleries Ltd[2]

1933 Acquired the assets of the liquidated Sanderson's

1935 Booths Distilleries announced its intention of acquiring all the issued shares of Low Robertson and Co, in order to secure supplies of certain aged whiskies, the stock of which was valued as being considerably in excess of the purchase price of the shares.[3]

1937 Acquired by Distillers Co[4].

1960 The London distillery was rebuilt; a new site at Brentford was acquired for a bottling plant[5]
