1958 Corona Soft Drinks was sold to the Beecham Group
1986 Beecham sold its soft drink business to Britannia Soft Drinks[1], owner of Britvic.
1987 Britvic Soft Drinks Limited changed its name to Britvic Corona Limited on 13th March 1987, but in 1989 changed its name back to Britvic Soft Drinks Limited[2] The event was celebrated by the release of 4,200 balloons from one of Britvic's factories.[3]
