1937 Private company formed as Bryce Building and Construction Co

1941 Name changed to Bryce Electric Construction Co and business was restricted to manufacture and distribution of transformers, capacitors and meters.

1947 Hackbridge Cable Co acquired Bryce Electric Construction Co[1].

1955 Hackbridge acquired Bryce-Siemens[2]. "Arising out of our acquisition of the Bryce-Siemens unit, there is now added to the groups activities, the increasing ..."[3]

1957 "Bryce Power Factor Correction Capacitors can effect large ... Our engineers are present in the area and will be pleased to advise you on your particular problems without obligation. BRYCE ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION CO LTD"[4]
