Robert Carnegie and Thomas Matthew

1859 A schooner, the "Swift", was launched from the building-yard of Carnegie and Matthew.[1] This appears to have been the first launch from the yard.

1918 Carnegie and Matthew Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £5,000, to take over the business of Carnegie and Matthew, ship and boat builders, Peterhead.[2]

1924 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
