'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Isaac Cordingley, John Smith, and Thomas William Cordingley, at Trowbridge, Wilts, under the style or firm of "CORDINGLEY AND CO" and for some, time as "CORDINGLEY, SON, AND CO.," as General Engineers, Gas and Oil Engine Makers. &c., has been dissolved as from the 10th day of July, 1907...'[4]
