The foundry was kept as a separate business within Vono and in 1911 purchased Ewarts, Birmingham, gunsmiths. [1]

1930 Company incorporated[2], a subsidiary of Vono Ltd

1934 Iron founders, of Dudley Port[3]

1946 Subsidiary of Vono Ltd when it went public

1946 One of the subsidiary companies of Vono Ltd when it was converted to a public company[4]

Later the name of the group was changed to Duport

1973 Duport acquired John Harper and Co

1981 The Duport Foundries company became Duport Harper Foundries
