1919 The English Margarine Works (1919), Ltd. was formed as a public company to acquire the previous company. Negotiating the purchase of the margarine business and factory at Dunragit of United Creameries[1]
1920 The original company had been liquidated[2]
1920 First AGM of the new company; V. G. Graae was managing director; maker of Brito (salted) and Silver Churn (un-salted) margarines; new factory at Dunragit in Scotland was nearly complete[3]
1921 Owned more than 6 Sentinel steam wagons[4]
1930 Unilever, which had held the ordinary shares of the company for some years, acquired the Preference shares as well in order to carry through their plans for merging the various margarine businesses in Britain.[5]
