Two years in the Test Department at Callender's Cable Co., Belvedere, Kent, cable work a speciality; a short time at The Armorduch Manufacturing Co., Witton, Birmingham, on research and testing small electrical apparatus; six and a half years with Cambridge Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd., Cambridge; one year of this on propaganda work and the remainder as Chief of Electrical Department.
