1859 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by us the undersigned, James Ind Headly and John Manning, under the firm of Headly and Manning, at Cambridge, in the county of Cambridge, in the trade or business of Ironmongers. Ironfounders and Engineers, was on the 31st day of December last, dissolved by mutual consent...'[1]
