'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Reuben Hunt and James Augustus Tawell, carrying on business as Ironfounders and Agricultural Implement Makers, at the Atlas-Iron Works, Earls Colne, in the county of Essex, under the style or firm of Hunt and Tawell, has been dissolved, by mutual consent...'[1]
