1957 "Miraclo" Nylon Belts; Rawhide Hammers, Mallets; Gearing (Rawhide). Condenser Tube Brushes and Tube-cleaning Bullets, Hydraulic Leather and Packing, Belting (Round), Pinion Blanks.
Eventually it became the parent of a group including:
- Ira Stephens (Miraclo) Ltd.
- Stephens Miraclo Belts Ltd.
- Stephens Belting Company Ltd.
- Stephens Gaskets Ltd
- Stephens Lubrication Ltd
1967 Resolved that the company be wound up. W. R. Stephens, Chairman.[2]
