Worked for The British Metal Corporation and was presented with a silver plate in 1921 by his colleagues in recognition of his services.

1932 He was on the council for the British Engineers’ Association, while he worked for the Manganese Bronze and Brass Co. [1] This is because the company was controlled by British Metal Corporation. [2].
