1977 acquired by Richard Costain

1983 GKN and Costain Group put their scaffolding sale and hire subsidiaries into a joint business GKN Kwikform[3]

1995 GKN Kwikform was acquired by Brown and Tawse[4], later renamed Bandt plc.

1995 The company was renamed Kwikform UK Ltd

2000 The trade and assets of Rapid Metal Developments were transferred into the company which became RMD Kwikform Ltd of Walsall, part of the Interserve Group.
