Lancashire United Transport and Power Co

From Graces Guide

1926 the name of Lancashire United Tramways Ltd was changed to Lancashire United Transport and Power Co to more accurately reflect the business of the company which included the South Lancashire Tramways, and electrical power business and a fleet of motor omnibuses and coaches[1]

By 1967 the company was still operating a network of bus service in South Lancashire but nationalisation was in prospect[2]
