1928 Coventry Gauge and Tool Co had set up a new department to manufacture a new product under licence, the Lansing Electric Truck; the Lansing Equipment Co was listed as one of 1000 customers of that company. The trucks were said to be well known and in use by railway companies, shipping lines, and car manufacturers[1]

1929 Dissolution of the partnership of F. E. Bagnall and H. F. Anns, electric truck manufacturers and agents of Victoria St, London, under the style of Lansing Equipment Co[2]

1937 private company

1940 Francis Edward Bagnall, trading as Lansing Equipment Co, was declared bankrupt[3]

1943 presumably acquired as Lansing Bagnall
