1802 On Charlotte's death it was taken over by M. and R. Boulton, J. and G. Watt and Company to accept bills for Boulton's companies. Two thirds of the company was owned by Matthew Boulton and his son Matthew Robinson Boulton and the remaining third by James Watt (Junior) and Gregory Watt
