Born at Scilly isles the son of Thomas Edwards

1851 Residing at Church Street, St. Mary's, Scilly Isles; Thomas Edwards (age 48 born St. Mary's, Scilly Isles) Ship Builder employing 7 men and 13 boys. with his wife Elizabeth and three sons Thomas Edwards (age 10 born St. Mary's, Scilly Isles); Nicholas Pascoe Edwards (age 7 born St. Mary's, Scilly Isles); and Alfred Edwards (age 2 born St. Mary's, Scilly Isles).[1]

1866 Married at Poplar to Mary Ann Smith Hutchens and had four daughters and twin sons

1868 Birth of twin sons Thomas H. Edwards and Nicholas A. Edwards
