of Paulton Works, 334 King's Road, Chelsea, and Stephendale Works, Fulham.

1875 Founded by George William Osborn and Henry Shearman.

1887 Additional premises built in Fulham.

1899 Amalgamated with Wall Paper Manufacturers Ltd.

1903 Chelsea works closed.

1934 Fulham works closed. The colour-making department was transferred to Arthur Sanderson and Sons. The rest of the business was merged with F. W. Howarth at Blackley.
