1952 Private company incorporated; converted into a public company[1]. Connected with Reichhold Chemicals Inc of Detroit. Acquired 90 percent of the equity of Beck, Koller and Co, the whole of James Beadel and Co and of Vinyl Products Ltd and Vinatex Ltd.

1962 Reichhold Chemicals moved to new offices at Old Bailey, London EC4, together with Beck, Koller and Co (England) Ltd and James Beadel and Co's London offices[2]

1968 Acquired by Unilever; the Vinatex subsidiary was sold[3]
