'...he undersigned, Thomas Skinner, Samuel Coulson, and John Hugh Branson, as Engravers and Electro-Platers and Gilders, and Manufacturers, and carried on at Sheffield, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Skinner, Coulson, and Branson, was dissolved on the 12th day of February last, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Samuel Coulson, who then retired from the said concern...'[1]
