1969 the company made Milady, Waller's, Hacks and Nurse Grant confectionery. White, Hudson and Co was a subsidiary[3]

1969 Acquired the rest of the equity in Angus Confections

1970 Proposed to acquire Carter Penguin Group[4] but the deal did not proceed.
