1926 'Mr. T. Allan Johnson, who has been elected president of the South Wales Institute of Engineers for 1927, is a native of Newcastle. He went to Cardiff over 30 years ago to become general manager of Messrs. Hills Dry Dock and Engineering Co., Ltd., of which undertaking he is now managing director.
