Born the son of Albert Charles Augustus Holzapfel and his wife Margaret

Holzapfel (age 33 born Yarmouth) and their seven children; Albert G. Holzapfel (age 12 born Newcastle); Theodore W. Holzapfel (age 11 born Newcastle); Margaret Holzapfel (age 9 born Newcastle); Juluis G. Holzapfel (age 7 born Newcastle); Dorothea K. Holzapfel (age 5 born Gateshead); George L. Holzapfel (age 2 born Annerley); and Hilda Holzapfel (age 3 months born Croydon). Also his mother-in-law Ann Ward. Three servants.[1]
