1863 The senior partner, William Baldwin, died; Baldwin Brothers described as of Stourport^[1].

1870 William's half brother Alfred Baldwin bought out his brothers, George and Stanley, to take sole control of the business E. P. and W. Baldwin^[2] and presumably the other businesses, such as Baldwin Brothers.
