'We regret to record the death, on December 19, of Mr. Paul Kelly. Mr. Kelly, who was eighty-three, was the son of one of the founders of what is now the [[Lamson Engineering Co|Lamson Engineering Company Ltd]]. and joined Lamson in 1901, thirteen years after its formation. In 1902 Mr. Kelly was appointed to the board of the [[Lamson Store Service Co|Lamson Store Service Company]] and in 1905 to that of the [[Lamson Pneumatic Tube Co|Lamson Pneumatic Tube Company]]. When these were amalgamated under the present name in 1937, Mr. Kelly became managing director of the new company.
