1984 Renamed Morgan Matroc which acquired previous subsidiaries Park Royal Porcelain Co Ltd. and Anderman and Ryder Ltd. Company reorganised into 3 divisions: Park Royal, Stourport, and marketing carried on by Morgan Matroc.[1]
