The London and Provincial Aviation Co was established at Hendon in October 1913.
- They initially built the Caudron GIII Trainer under licence.
- 1916: A. A. Fletcher joined from Martinsyde and designed the No. 4 biplane trainer powered by the 50 hp Gnome engine. Later the School biplane was produced with the 80 / 100 hp Anzani and a total of twelve were produced.
