Charles Kearns Tanner Edwards (1887-1972)

1887 October. Born in London the son of Charles Edwards and his wife Margaret

Educated at the Regent Street Polytechnic and Crystal Palace School of Engineering,

1912 June 15th. Married Alice Kate Bates (1886–1969)

1919-29 Chief designer at AEC and at Associated Daimler Co

1929-32 Chief engineer at Morris Commercial Cars

1932-36 Chief engineer at Guy Motors

Chief engineer at Shelvoke and Drewry
