GUTZMER (Possibly Anthony Henry Gutzmer - Ed), Engineer , consisting of a suitable Yard , large Smith's Shop , Millwright, Pattern and Finishing Shops , Brass and Boiler Furnaces , Counting-Room , &c , are now to be Let
The Tenant may have at a valuation the whole fixed and large Machinery on the premises , consisting of a large Planing Machine , a Punching or Paring Machine , Turning and Boring Lathes , Four-Horse Engine , by which the same are wrought, Smiths' Forges , &c . &c .
