Sometime after 1956 would seem to have acquired the Kismet air pump from William Turner and Brother. Name was incorporated as Kismet.

1961 Engineers, manufacturing garage equipment and steam cleaners. 400 employees. [1]

Name changed to Kismet-Weaver Ltd
