Imperial Autocar Manufacturing Company of Erskine Street, Manchester.

Two cars were introduced in 1901 with either a 3.5hp 2 cylinder engine under the seat or 6hp 2 cylinder engine front mounted.

1901 July. Details of the 3.5-hp voiturette.[1]

1901 August. Details of the 6-hp car.[2]

1903 Company wound up. H. M. Addey is Chairman.[3]

Later the company sold French Lacoste et Battmann models with Imperial bodies. The last ones seem to have been sold around 1906.
