1917 Partnership change. D. L. Motor Manufacturing Co. Partners were William Guthrie and Charles Bruce. Bruce retires and Guthrie will continue the business under the same name.[1]
1918 Company incorporated to acquire the private company of the same name which had been making the D. L. motor car for several years before WWI.
1918 Acquired by Wallace Farm Implements Ltd[2]
1919 Started manufacturing the Glasgow tractor. 400 built before the plant closed in 1924
1919 Duncan M. Wallace is a director.[3]
1920 Works transferred to Cardonald in order to consolidate the various Wallace businesses.
