Presumably a successor to Stockall-Brook Time Recorders which was wound up in 1912 when G. H. Gledhill and Sons acquired the company.
1912 Exhibited time checking and costing systems, in addition to the time recorders, at the Business Exhibition at Olympia[1]
1921 Petitioned for the winding up of Wooler Engineering Co[2]
1933 Company in Voluntary liquidation; meeting held at Holmfirth; Sam Hoyle was chairman[3]
