- 1929 The company joined Allied Ironfounders.
- 1933 Name changed. Amalgamated with Abbotts to form Callendar Abbots Iron Co Ltd.
- 1936 Entered liquidation.
- 1937 It was re-incorporated with the registration number SC019779.
