'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Russell Buckler and John Tuppen Woollright, carrying on business as Wool Brokers, under the style or firm of Buckler and Woollright, at 61, Coleman-street, London, and Stroud, Gloucestershire, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due and owing to and from the said firm will be received and paid by the said John Russell Buckler, by whom alone the said business will in future be carried on under the style or firm of Buckler and Company...'[1]
