c1978 Jeyes separated its Hygiene division into a separate company

1985 A private company, which provided cleaning services and machines to offices, hospitals and hotels. was separated from the other Jeyes companies and sold to management by Cadbury Schweppes

1986 Public company

1989 Acquired by Unilever

1990 name changed to Lever Industrial

1997 Assets and business transferred to DiverseyLever Ltd

2002 DiverseyLever was acquired from Unilever by JohnsonDiversey.
