1914 Nathaniel de Mesa.[2]

1920 Proposed merger of Walker's Tobacco Co, W. H. Newman and Co, Findlay and Co and Albert Baker and Co.[3] The merger failed to be completed.

1925 John Edward Richardson, the chairman and managing director. Acquired W. H. Newman and Co.[4]
