1960 E. K. Cole merged with Pye; each company retained its own operations and management initially but by 1962 Ekco was no longer a separate operation[1].

1964 Eckoware food containers, a new line, was very popular[2]

1978 Pye sold Ekco Plastics to National Plastics[3] presumably forming N. P. Ekco
