1902 The name of the Institution of Junior Engineers was changed to the Junior Institution of Engineers

- 1913 - Sir Thomas Boverton Redwood[1]
- 1925-1926 - Mr John Somerville Highfield
- 1926-1927 - Sir Robert Bland Dixon[2]
1925 The Institution organised a one-day exhibition Held on Saturday 21st March 1925 for which date Messrs. J. and E. Hall had kindly lent the works dining hall to the Institution.

1971 Name of the Institution was changed to the Institution of General Technician Engineers
