1921 Sir Frederick Mills chairman and managing director of The Ebbw Vale Steel, Iron and Coal Co was president.[1].

1922 Sir William Larke was appointed director taking up duties from September 1st.[2]

1934 Adopted new constitution and changed its name to British Iron and Steel Federation[3]
