Sometime before 1957 became a subsidiary of BICC

1960 Supplying galvanized steel structures to BICC and worked with Bartles (Carn Brea) Ltd on railway electrification work

1961 Electricity transmission towers and poles, radio and television masts, U.C. bridges and hangers, and other structural engineering and heavy galvanising. 450 employees.

1968 Queen's Award to Industry for Export Achievement.

1969 Integrated in the BICC Construction activities

Now part of the Balfour Beatty Group.
