1959 Schweppes acquired Chivers and Sons and William P. Hartley[1]

1964 Schweppes formed a new subsidiary Chivers-Hartley bringing together the various products of the Chivers and Hartley's brands[2]

1986 Cadbury-Schweppes sold its UK food and beverages business (also including Typhoo tea, Kenco coffee, Marvel dried milk and Cadbury chocolate biscuits) to its management in order to concentrate on its global confectionery business[3]; the new business was called Premier Brands.[4]

1993 The name was changed to Cantabrian Properties Ltd
