1945 Agreement with Kirloskar Brothers of India for the manufacture of products; similar agreement with Brush Electrical Engineering Co for the manufacture of electrical products[1].

1946 The company "controls the export sales of this group" of 5 British oil engine manufacturers:

at least 3 of whom were members of Associated British Engineering at the time, whilst one belonged to the Brush group.
