1922 Cockburns linked up with McDowall Steven and Co; Planet Foundry Co, and Coalbrookdale to form the Light Castings Group.

c.1927 The Coalbrookdale Co was absorbed by the Light Castings.

1929 Light Castings was absorbed by Allied Ironfounders in 1929.

1929 Allied Ironfounders formed with ten subsidiary companies including Light Castings
