1898 Founded as Isenthal, Potzler and Co by Adolf William Isenthal and Charles Phillip Francis Michael Potzler.
1900 Partnership between Isenthal and Potzler dissolved. [1] Company continued as Isenthal and Co.
1908 Instruments for electrical measurement.
1925 Acquired by the Dubilier Condenser Co.
1926 Messrs Sprecher and Schuh of Aarau, Switzerland, made arrangements with the company, to manufacture at the works, the products of the Swiss firm to the Isenthal company designs.[2]
1937 Resistance and relay manufacturers.[3]
