1970 Tube Investments acquired the company[2]. Became part of Tube Investments' Machine Tools Division[3].
1983 FKI Electricals acquired 4 transport equipment companies including TI Bradbury[4]
1994 Wellman acquired several businesses from FKI including Bradbury[5]
