By 1927 was controlled by the Birmingham Small Arms Company (BSA)

Later owned by BSA Tools Ltd.
1957 Burton, Griffiths and Co and Leo. G. Steinle were the machine tool and small tool factoring companies in BSA Tools Division; had experienced some reduction in demand[1]
Later became part of Herbert-BSA Ltd
1973 Company voluntarily wound up. Meeting held at Edgwick Works, Canal Road, Coventry. [2]
