The resolution passed at the meeting of the Automobile Trade Protection Association was then read, and Mr. Astell (New Orleans Motor Co.) proposed a resolution which practically embodied that, and this was seconded by Mr. Paris Singer (City and Suburban Electric Vehicle Co.).

Mr. Edge (Motor Power Co.) took exception to the word "control" used in the resolution in relation to the club and the exhibition, and upon the suggestion of the Chairman accepted the substituted word "supervision."
